These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Inbox (the “Service”), an independent application that helps you view and organize your Gmail messages in a more focused way. By using The Inbox, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
The Inbox connects securely with your Google Account through Google’s official OAuth 2.0 process. You may only use the Service for personal and lawful purposes in accordance with Google’s Terms of Service and all applicable laws.
The Inbox was built with privacy as a core principle. We do not store your emails, messages, or content on our servers. All email data is fetched directly from Gmail using Google’s secure APIs and displayed to you in real time.
To manage sessions and provide a personalized experience, The Inbox securely stores your basic Google account details — name, email address, profile photo, and user ID — in Firebase. No Gmail messages, contacts, or attachments are ever stored.
For more information about how we handle data, please review our Privacy Policy.
The Inbox’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
All branding, logos, visual elements, and intellectual property related to The Inbox are owned by the developers of The Inbox. Gmail and Google are trademarks of Google LLC. The Inbox is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC.
We strive to provide a reliable and uninterrupted experience. However, we cannot guarantee that The Inbox will always be available or error-free. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Inbox and its developers are not liable for any damages, losses, or data issues arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to errors, interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account.
The Inbox integrates only with official Google APIs. Your use of Google’s services through The Inbox remains subject to Google’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party changes that affect how these APIs function.
You may stop using The Inbox at any time by revoking access in your Google Account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you misuse the Service or violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms to reflect improvements, new features, or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available at theinbox.space/terms. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to the updated Terms.
For any questions or concerns regarding these Terms, please reach us at sendtohemendra@gmail.com.
The Inbox uses your Gmail and contact data only with your explicit permission and solely to display it to you within the app in real time. No data is stored or shared externally.
